Nearly 100 citizens attended the townhall on underage drinking and learned how to start the conversation with their family. About
The “Don’t Provide” campaign began in February 2010 with a mission to educate the public, particularly parents, about making smart choices in regard to hosting or providing alcohol to minors.. It is funded by the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant awarded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and Arkansas Department of Human Services and is administered through the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office in association with the Faulkner County Human Services Coalition.

Social Host Law
The Social Host Liability Act 976 (HB 1586) provides criminal liability for a social host who knowingly serves alcohol to minors and who knowingly allows minors to consume alcohol on his or her property.
